Gregoire Durand was born in Lausanne city (CH) in 1989. He grew up in Froideville, a small town at the edge of a mystical forest.
He started by playing classical piano when he was 7, proving many times his dexterity during public representations he gave. After 5 years of intensive pratice, he decided to change instrument that fitted him better: The drums! During 2 years, he increased his skills by playing as an autodidact.
In 2010, when he saw Fat Boy Slim playing at Paléo Festival Nyon, he decided to engage himself into electronic music. He bought two turntables and asked his deejay friends to lend him some vinyls. As the drums, he started to mix on his own.
DJ O-Live, a famous Hardcore artist who played at Street Parade and Roggwil, perfected La Brelle’s technics as a real friend.
In September 2012, the famous Electrosanne Festival create a Dj contest wich Greg ended up in the second position. A year after, he finished at the third position of the Set Actuel contest organised by Couleur 3 Radio.
After years of hard practice and almost fifty places visited and around 300 gigs throughout Switzerland and Germany, he seduces now the public with his sensual and rhythmic mixes at Electrosanne Festival, Metropole Festival, Kosmonaut (Berlin), Chalet Carlsberg (Verbier), Pully For Noise Festival, Ritterbutke (Berlin), and many more…
Inspired by diverse artists like Tricky, Massive Attack, Trentemøller, Robot Koch and many more, he just wants to grab out the dancing waves of theses tracks to share the love of music with the crowd without any pretentions.
Surrounded by artists such as Volta, Kellerkind, Pascalé Séppé, Greg forges friendships and sharing his passion of mixing, recording and creating his own music with differents plug-ins or syntheziers.
He will go on until he reaches his dream to realease vinyls on high quality labels and playing his own Live Set.
